1. Purchasing a commission
By purchasing a commission from me, you need to be 18+ or older.
All commissions that are sent by the form sheet linked when it opens up will have all the information needed.
Once you send the form, it does not mean you will be guaranteed a slot.
I select my commissioners depending on the idea I prefer working on.
I have the right to reject any ideas I do not like or do not feel comfortable doing.
I will not mention publicly who has been chosen for my commissions, but will be updated in my Trello queue page; Which is linked on my home page website.
I will contact you only when I'm about to start working on your commission.
2. Process
I will reach out to you on the desired platform you prefer talking too, informing you of the amount calculated depending on which type of commission you have chosen.
I might ask you to clarify the commission details, so that I may have a better understanding of what I'm working on.
After the commission is paid and I understand everything; for shaded commissions I will start sketching the idea and show you if there are any changes needed.
After approving the sketch, I'll provide you the lining/coloring portion when it's completed and will give a final confirmation with you of any changes prior to finishing with the shading.
For sketch commissions I will show the rough sketch and confirm with you prior to finishing with the cleaner sketch.
For edits/changes, the information will be provided in section 7 of the ToS.
3. Do/Don't draw

Commissions in the NO category will automatically be rejected.
4. Payment
I am using USD currency for all commissions. Payments are strictly processed only through PayPal; I will be sending you an invoice with the total amount there.
Fees may be added depending on additional details you ask for (i.e; Alternates, complex details). Tips are greatly appreciated but do not provide any additional detail to the work.
5. Refunds
Full refunds may be provided during or after the sketch phase. After completing the lining/coloring portion of the commission, I will only accept refunding half the amount sent. There is no refund after full completion of the commission; I have the right to cancel and refund your commission, following my refund guideline if something does come up for any reason.
6. Queue
The queue is displayed on my Trello page which is linked on the home page of my website. I update progress with labels informing where and what I am working on or if finished; they are in order from top to bottom, current commission being on top.
7. Editing
You are free to ask for small changes or corrections with any additional fees if it's asked/provided in the sketching process, lining/coloring or even after it's finished. Major changes such as (Pose, character changing, etc) won't be charged during the sketch process. Small changes in the Lining/Coloring process is okay but will not do any major changes. If you frequently ask for changes majority of the time I have the right to cancel and refund your commission.
8. Final Product
When the commission is completed, I will send the file in PNG and JPEG format. If I am sending the commission on twitter I will send you a ZIP file through Wetransfer. If Telegram or Discord, I will directly send the files there.
9. Sharing
You have the right to share the commission on your behalf so long as you credit the artist in the post. I will also share it on my end tagging you with your handle after completion of the work. If you want to keep the commission private and don't want it shared publicly, it will be a 50% mark-up of the total cost.
10. Behavior
I want to keep communication respectful through the commission process. I will not tolerate inappropriate, offensive, hostile and harassing behavior. Inappropriate/hostile behavior will be subject to the commission being cancelled and refunded alongside added to the blacklist.
